The location. Close to Ubahn and tram... and Boxhagener Platz where there were loads of restaurants! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice that they offered some complementary tea/coffee and pastries - no water offered though in rooms or reception.
The digital check-in system was not reliable and reception is only open until 3pm - not ideal for a hotel. We stayed in 2 different rooms and neither of the fridges worked. Some maintenance issues required in each...
It was a little pricey for a 3 star , especially after the Marathon was over.

Camera pulita e molto carina.

A nice hotel with a good atmosphere. The room was reasonably spacious and stylish, and the staff were friendly. Check-in was also simple and straightforward.
The room itself was very pleasant, although the corridors were a little worn and could use some updating. The reception was not open 24/7, and breakfast started a bit too late for me, so I didn’t have it. I prefer to have breakfast around 6 a.m. There was also no gym.
