One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Friendly staff, very nice and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was outstanding. If you are arriving by train, it is a little ways from the station but worth the journey, as the hotel is in the historic old centre of the city. It's a quick bus ride and short walk, or a short taxi from Ancona station.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location. The rooms had wonderfully high ceilings, which made them feel even more comfortable and elegant.
The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The reception team was super friendly and helpful with questions we had. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the quality of the food was outstanding. So was the dinner service!
A special mention goes to the concierge, Luciano, who was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay.
Overall, a fantastic experience — we would be very happy to stay here again!
