The quality of the decor was beautiful, the pool such a relaxing experience and the food great quality and delicious.

The breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were always so happy, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. You could have as much or as little as you wanted. And the food was always piping hot and of a very high standard. Attention to detail was superb.

The staff member on reception upon checking was lovely, super friendly and funny. Breakfast was really nice and the staff member really looked after me the whole time.
The bed was really uncomfortable and the mattress had a huge dip in it where springs had broken. The person on reception seemed to have no idea about it. The mattress also felt as if it was extremely old or cheap as all the springs were loud and digging in my back. The shower was VERY small, you had to turn it off when putting on shampoo etc or it would just get washed straight off before you're ready as there was no space to move in the cubicle. There was also a lot of dust on the blinds.
