Bathroom, noisy location, overall quality

Location

Property is in need of refurbishment. Everything is very tired and rundown. Carpet is frayed and held down with duct tape. Furniture is chipped. Walls and curtains are stained. We stayed for 5 nights over the Easter weekend and the room was not serviced during this time as they had staff shortages.

conditioning did not work. There were street people hanging out in the lobby

The lady i was dealing with was great.

Went to check into my room and found the door was jammed open with a towel walk in and found boxes and dirty plates in the kitchen, bed wasent made, there was a shaver in the bathroom still, didnt know if someone was still in there or they didnt clean the room. Very bad experience from urban apartments, the lady at reception was great and found a other room to stay in, but didnt get offered a refund or anything for my inconvenience.

Location of Hotel was great for my shopping weekend. Very quiet inside and staff extremely helpful with tram information. I will return.

The view was ok but not what I would call good

It was handy that there was a 24 hour reception desk and the location is right in the middle of the CBD.

The apartment is quite old and a little gross due to patchy repair work, minor water damage in the bathrooms. The beds were two single beds pushed together, which is never fun! Overall they are just old outdated rooms that need renovating. I guess there is a reasons there are no pictures of the bathrooms.
