Chambre spacieuse, hôtel bord de mer, petit déjeuner copieux.
Hôtel qui ne vaut pas 4 étoiles ! Murs délabrés, poubelles et ordures entassées à l entrée du parking, abords de l hôtel sales, propreté salle de bain limite !

The room was nice. A little basic, but was nice and modern. Nice toiletries in bathroom.
The setting is beautiful, metres from the beach, and with lots of facilities for kids nearby, as well as a kids playroom on site. Also a spa downstairs. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use it, and it was fully booked anyway.
The restaurant seemed frenetic and was very busy, but the staff were very attentive, and the food was great!
A musician after dinner in the dining room was fun.
A nice coffee bar in the reception area is a nice feature.

Location was great. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable and the restaurant and garden areas were lovely. The car park directly under the hotel was also very convenient
Our rooms were very near a pub which had loud music until 1AM and loud patrons for another hour after that. Not sure if the hotel can do anything about the neighbours but it was a pity as otherwise everything was great.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Sands Hotel, that my daughter booked as a present. It turned out to be an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for the entire stay.

Our room was nothing short of magnificent. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and overlooking the ocean.
The culinary experience at the Ocean Sands Hotel was equally impressive. The attentive staff took care of our every need and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
Beyond the luxurious accommodations and top-notch amenities, what truly made our stay memorable was the genuine hospitality.

Hotel itself was fine. I had booked online, got a room in the hotel, got a phone call later to say the room should not have been on the website & the hotel was full. I was offered a room in their Guest House. It was damp, smelled musty, just a shower cubicle & toilet, sink was in the bedroom. No hot water for a shower in the morning-had to ring Reception to get that sorted.
So disappointed. I came from London doing a ‘Memory trip’ in honour of my Mam & Dad & this is where our whole family stayed for a weekend to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. I got money off the stay, but didn’t make up for the disappointment.
See above. If this is the only option if the hotel is full, customers need to know what they’re getting & should pay a much lower price.

it was very clean and the Christmas decorations were beautiful
the hotel was freezing cold. I had to ring down twice to ask them to turn the heat on and as a result myself and my family all have nasty head colds now. not happy

overall nice welcoming hotel
We were there for a wedding and it was a little hit and miss with the bar staff. you had to make sure you got the right one and avoided the guy who looked/behaved like he didn't want to be there working.
