The proximity to the beach , the railway station and to the Old Town .
The units are small compact and have all one needs for a short stay
I love the self contained kitchette complete with dishwasher
It’s not really much to grumble about but the corridors are a bit stark and clinical

Struttura pulita e ben tenuta, centrale, parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento 9/gg o 50€/ settimana), lenzuola pulite di corredo, ti e aria condizionata ok!

Posizione ottima, monolocale funzionale, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Fondamentale anche la disponibilità del parcheggio.
Mah, un po’ caro, ma sicuramente è in media con le strutture ricettive in centro a Menton.

The location was good and convenient for our stay in Menton.
For the price we paid, we did not feel the hotel offered particularly good value. The rooms were extremely small, with a bunk bed positioned right next to the entrance. What surprised us the most was that the beds were not fully prepared when we arrived. The hotel provided the sheets, but we had to make the beds ourselves, including the additional bed if we wanted to use it. The biggest issue, however, was the very strong cigarette smell in the room. We had to keep the balcony door open for most of the time because the smell was overwhelming, and even the bed smelled of cigarettes. This made the room uncomfortable, particularly for a non-smoking family.
