The receptionist that greeted me at my arrival was willing to help and overall friendly. The room was clean, well kept and tidy. The hotel was not far from a metro station.
The receptionists (other than the one I met on the first day) didn’t even bother to say good morning/evening and didn’t seem to care if I was there or not. No feeling of being welcome. My room happened to be right in front of the elevator, so I could constantly hear either other guests or the cleaning ladies. The bathroom is separated from the toilet which was not so convenient.

Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, in una zona tranquilla di Parigi a pochi minuti dal capolinea della metro. Ottima colazione con scelte di qualità e presenti alimenti vegani e non.

Nice room size. Quiet location within walking distance to streets with lots of shops and restaurants.
Opening the door to the room was always a challenge, the card only worked after 5 attempts, sometimes more. We pointed out the problem to the reception, but they said there was no way to fix it on the weekend. Breakfast after 8 am was only what was left, many guests were disappointed. Stale cheeses, room temperature salami and ham
tasted strange. The plates were dirty. The gentlemen who checked which room we were from were more or less on their mobile phones.
