Good location. Good sized up dated room
We ate in the dining room for dinner and the experience was just ok. Staff were a little abrupt. No charm. Just there to do their job

Great location! Walking distance to the Basilica and Carmel. Nice restaurant, bar, and lounge in the hotel lobby.

The bed was comfortable and the reception staff fri.
The evening meal had very little authentic food, almost fast food.
The tables in the breakfast area needed wiping over and again, more fast food. Coffee and milk was from a machine and not a good flavour.
