Everyone and I mean everyone was very friendly and wanted to help us every step on the way. The location and the back yard are very nice as well!
But to have no air conditions in 2026 is like living in the Stone Age. It was very hot in the room and no chance to cool down over night even thought the nights were not hot outside. Secondly there was a smell like old buildings have.

The hotel is perfectly located for meetings at nearby businesses. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The food was the best I've had on a visit to Germany, and clearly great care had been taken with it. But above all, the staff were all friendly and helpful. A lot of the staff are younger, and went above and beyond to offer amazing service; I was genuinely impressed, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or around Walldorf.
The only issue is the WiFi, which is a little patchy in some parts of the hotel.
