Commande repas fait sur la tablette qui était en chambre. On n’ a pas été informé que au prix final de la commande il y aura le tarif livraison en chambre qui se rajoute et que c’est un prestataire qui ne prends pas la carte ni le cheque

Sehr modern und sauber. Tolle Kaffee-Bar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen.
Frühstücksbüffet war supertoll, umfangreich und sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet Service war auch tadellos. Schade nur, dass es am Sonntag im 9:30 schon keine Croissants mehr gab. Das ist allerdings meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Spacious room and bathroom. Great pillows!
We were close to the breakfast area so already at 6.15 in the morning a lot of noise.
Hotel is quite expensive, and parking still has to be paid separately.

It a clean hotel with a nice parking.
The bed was really small and in room description was said that my single standard room has a TWIN bed, but that was not the case.

Lovely large quiet rooms. Dogs welcome and treats and water bowl provided. Nice fresh breakfast and free tea and coffee available at any time.
would like to have usb chargers and maybe tvs you can connect iPad to.

Nothing. It was one of the nicest experiences I have had in Europe.

The comfort room has plenty of storage space. There is also climate control in the room. The location is also good for public transportation but there is also on-site parking (costs extra). There is free coffee and tea machine in the common area. All areas are clean and tidy.
The furniture are perfectly usable and functional but old. A modern design would be nice to have.

It's a very nice hotel next to the U-bahn stop, easy to reach from the station. It has a very nice lounge and tidy rooms with nice air conditioning. The fitness facilities and sauna are added benefits

nice building, great hall, good breakfast. nice employees. coffee for free. 24 hours, much space in the hall. and a nice bar in the evening
big MINUS the room was not cleand, towles were not changed, because of corona, i can not understand, why. i am not in the room, when it is entered by the cleaning team, and to use for 4 days the towel is unaceptable, after urging a fresh pair of towels i have got them, but....corona or not, this is a thing hygiene,......and a no go not to clean up the room....
