Wunderschöne, gepflegte Umgebung mit Sicht in die Berge. Der abschliessbare Raum für die Fahrräder war sehr gut ausgerüstet. Es hatte genügend Steckdosen zum Laden der Akkus.
Die vorhandenen abschliessbaren Kästen für die Akkus der E Bikes sind je nach Typ zu klein.
Leider haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt, trotz den gutgemeinten Willkommens-Tafeln. Beim Personal haben wir durchwegs die Freundlichkeit vermisst, ausgenommen am Abreisetag war die sehr freundliche Empfangsleiterin anwesend.
Es wurden nur die allernötigsten Infos abgegeben, z.B. wurden wir nicht auf die Sauna aufmerksam gemacht, obwohl wir völlig durchnässt im Hotel ankamen. Erst später bemerkten wir, dass eine Sauna vorhanden wäre, wir uns aber hätten voranmelden müssen.

Really nice location. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. Especially the balcony and view on the mountains. I can sit on the balcony entire day

I had a single room and stayed for 1,5 day there. I loved the room, the view on the mountains, the bathroom is also comfortable. The most wonderful place was the balcony - I could even sit there for 3 h and enjoy the view.
The territory is beautiful with a lot of free area and the parking is good and big. The dinner was amazing!
Could be nice to have a small pool :)

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Loved the dining area. Loved the view from the balcony. It was wonderful! Thinking of possibly booking again, but not for the skiing...maybe in the spring or summer for hiking.
Wi-Fi could have been better. Slow and spotty...
