Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Wir haben die Ruhe und Natur genossen. Wir sind täglich mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs im Spreewald gewesen.

Schön in der Natur gelegenes Hotel, ideal für lange Spaziergänge mit Hund.Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon.Sehr bequeme Betten.Nettes Personal am Empfang und auch im Restaurant.

Warum erhebt man auf einem Hotelparkplatz im Nirgendwo 2 EUR Parkgebühren...

Hotel in Alleinlage - sehr ruhig und naturnah. Rehe und Füchse haben wir direkt von der Terrasse aus gesehen. Lage unmittelbar am Wasser mit Bootsverleih. Diesen haben wir auch genutzt - gut organisiert und unkompliziert. Aufenthalt mit Hund war kein Problem. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Sehr ruhig. Freundlicher Empfang. Reichhaltiges, gutes Frühstück.

Trotz viel Platz im Außenbereich sind die im Erdgeschoss vorhandenen Terrassen leider sehr klein und beengt. Das Gastronomische Personal wirkte eher unmotiviert. Preislich ist die Anlage insgesamt eher obere Grenze.

The location right on the canal amidst an orchard is outstanding. If you like to paddle or bike or hike, this is the place to stay. We were able to check in early and start our paddling tour right there from the premises. The breakfast was plentiful and the room nice overlooking the orchard. Though we did not have a balcony, we were able to use the outdoor lounge furniture in the huge garden.

The staff would not turn on the steam sauna for us stating that it would take 20 minutes to heat up. It was 7 pm, and the sauna closes at 8! In addition, the jacuzzi had no water in it. Dinner is supposed to be until 9; however, we were told by the staff at 8 that they would remove everything at 8:30, and to hurry. The dinner buffet is not worth the $30 per person, which does not include a drink.

Exceptional location, amazing facilities and staff, and overall a lovely option for a weekend escape from Berlin. Very highly recommended, the hotel exceeded all of our expectations!

Location is amazing, middle of real lush green, right Next to canal. They have rent a boat service next to the hotel/canal. Rooms are big and modern.

There was no WIFI connections in the rooms, break fast was ok with limited options. Breakfast time was 7-10am and at 9:15 both the days during our stay there was no refills and you have to ask for everything. I booked 2 rooms, bathrooms were not new however in one room shower was really bad as it was hurting.

The hotel is very clean and bathrooms are renovated and well equipped. The bed mattress could be better. The hotel is taking good care of covid restrictions and adds up to the feeling of security. The location is aside from main route and in the middle of pristine fields, next to the hotel there is a kayak station.

The staff could have been more helpful and polite. Long waiting time to check in/ check out. Only German speaking personnel.

Great breakfast. Typical german with abundant bread and cold meats.

Spider webs and insects in the room. Could have been cleaned better.
