The location was fantastic- easy walk to the cable cars, train and old town. The views were amazing. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. We really appreciated the 25% off voucher for the cable cars. Breakfast was also great!
As 2 friends travelling together we found the bathroom to have little privacy. It was frosted glass which didn’t even go full length, we had to shower and use the toilet without turning a light on for some privacy. Also, a kettle and mini fridge would be a good and much needed addition to the room.

Such a great little hotel. Very clean, good breakfast, great shower!
Well I knew when I booked that the rooms that I got were going to be at the street side. The noise from the bars and traffic noise was quite a bit. So didn't sleep that great. Just because of that. Very comfortable bed though

The location of the hotel was good for the town centre. The room was very spacious but modestly decorated. The bathroom facilities could have been better.
Breakfast was fair, the usual continental style but not much choice.
The overall attitude of the hotel. We had an issue with the heating in the room however, reception were not interested. Also we did not know prior to travelling that many restaurants are closed in the town on a Monday so we enquired could be book a table in the restaurant in the hotel but we were informed that was only for large groups of guests.

"Hotel comodo in posizione centrale raggiungibile in cinque minuti a piedi.
La stanza risultava pulita ma il bagno poco spazioso per la presenza della vasca da bagno.
