Sehr freundliches Personal, relativ nah an der Straßenbahnlinie.
Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, Küchenzeile mit im Zimmer.
Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße. Straßenverkehr war hörbar. Matratze war etwas hart. Tür ließ sich nur zuschließen, wenn die Tür mit der Klinke etwas angehoben wurde.
Aber alles halb so wild.

Cheap hotel during the small exhibition period.
Free parking but small entrance to the backyard.

Very dirty room, ever seen. Dust balls everywhere. Walls were even dirty.
No wifi connection. The reception said it is because too many connections at a time.

Coffee maker without coffee, Kitchen IS too old, shower cubicle too small, The common areas need to be modernised , The price is too high . The duvets were not warm because it was cold in the morning in thé flat . The photos of the flat on Booking.com are misleading

The bathroom need to be more comfortable.
The soap and shampoo provided was very basic.
The worst thing was the shower as it was too small and the water preasure very low

Nice room with a small kitchen, a sofa, a table, and a desk. Although the staff was not present during the whole stay, it was easy to reach someone via phone. We have been given an extra key upon request, so that each of us two could have an own key, thanks for this!
The wifi was not working well, we were not provided soap, and we were charged an extra touristic fee at the moment of paying. We would have liked to know about this fee in advance

The room was nice, and very comfy, and the location was ok, too. It's not in the center of town, which was fine with us, since we needed parking, and we like to explore a bit. Staff was very friendly once we arrived, and management was really professional and helpful when correcting a mistake on their end (which caused me a lot of stress!).
I don't want to be fussy because I know it's a small business, but the hotel was overall slow to respond to questions, and we had a little trouble when we checked out (which management resolved but it took quite a while).

Price is ok and a lot of space. To city center ca. 3,5 kilometers. Easy reachable by tram.
Wifi does not work when there are more people in the hotel. I mentioned this problem, and they said they knew.

Prompt and polite service, friendly staff, private parking, clean room and adequate sleeping facilities.
The pillows! Good pillows would make all the difference to the beds.
