La richiesta di 5 euro per avere la cassaforte e la mancanza di personale che ti accompagni in camera con i bagagli visto la pavimentazione del giardino , considerando la presenza di parecchie persone anziane.

The location is excellent. Nice sandy beach but if you want to see the fish you have to go to the rock outcrops midway along the bay. Access to the beach was easy as were local shops and supermarkets. The room was standard. Good shower although the water was cold on one day. We had one of the terrace maisonettes away from the hotel so was quite peaceful. Staff were generally OK and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Coffee good. I had a very good omelette most days.
My partner is partially disabled (uses crutches) and we enquired after a shower stool prior to travelling. This was not their when we arrived and did not turn up until the second day following a bit of moaning; a bit disappointing. The footpaths around the maisonettes are quite poor an uneven. I was OK but my partner had to take it slow. Lighting at night in these areas is also poor. The maisonettes are probably not suitable for people with disabilities. There is also no ramp from the reception area to the entertainment/dining area. The hotel is fundamentally not suitable for people with physical disabilities. Light above our rear seating area did not work. We reported it early on but it was never fixed. Whilst the breakfast was good, dinner appeared to get progressively worse. Some of what was offered was not the best. Other than basics (soya/oat milk) there were few options for people with say dairy or gluten issues. Some dairy/gluten free cake options at dinner would have been nice. No fresh fruit juice. No coffee with evening meal. Sunbed on the beach was E25 per day and you had to get down there early to get one.
