staff was not that friendly

staff were really nice the room was amazing a was out of the way of other rooms so it was lovely and quiet for our dog. the hotel provided a comfortable hotel pet bed and bowls for our dog.

our dog wasn’t allowed in the bar area and there was no seating outside

no restaurant no room service only alternative microwave prefabricated food

The duty manager on reception was warm, friendly, helpful and professional. We arrived on Spain's national day official holiday and the restaurant was closed. We hadn't been warned about this and had to make other arrangements. She gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us get drinks and snacks while she was busy with other guests presumably in the same position but managed us all cheerfully and efficiently. She arranged with the restaurant manager for us to eat breakfast with our dog in a separate room. Thank you!

We could have made other arrangements if we had been forewarned about the restaurant closure for the national holiday. There was broken glass not far from the entrance which we had to avoid arriving with a dog, though we appreciated that there were fewer staff working the holiday.

Good room size and comfortable beds.

There was a couch in the room which was completely dirty. It had stains all over, not acceptable at all. The breakfast options offered, for a 4 stars hotel, are poor.

Clean room and bed.

We booked 2 rooms but staff assigned only one. I had to request again for it after we had entered room.

Very comfortable, clean room. Easy to get to and close to the city if you have a car. We were able to check in very late at night. The checking in and checking out process was simple and easy.

Thank goodness for Booking.com! When we walked in, the staff *insisted* that there were ZERO rooms available, but when we said we had just seen availability on Booking they said, "Well, if you can reserve through Booking we'll see." The staff was polite, but the situation was odd. We were, in fact, able to book a room through Booking, AND another desperate family who came in after us (and were told the same thing) also booked rooms via the app. Suddenly, there were at least two rooms available in the hotel..?! Parking seemed a bit expensive at $15 (compared to a $71 room...)
