The quiet Tramuntana Apartments are the perfect location for those who want a no fuss great, friendly place to stay, situated next to the church in San An, 2 mins walk from the bus station, very close to the shops and bars/restaurants, San Antonio fountains and harbour.

the location was nice
the sheets and couch were dirty upon arrival. they were not very helpful when trying to solve those issues. the shower was broken and “fixed” with tape and when brought up to management they didn’t do anything about it. there was also mold in the shower and a bad smell all around the apartment. the pool and beach towels were not available when they said they were going to be. they did not clean while we were staying, when they said they would. management took forever to answer any inquiries. there was never anyone at reception also. it was 3 twin beds per room very close together when the photos did not depict that. the walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbor’s conversations word for word.

Location is great, only 5 minute walk from bus station. Cleaning lady was wonderful, very friendly! Had everything that was needed within the apartment. Reception staff also friendly. Also was able to leave bags in storage room as had a late flight (midnight), where checkout is at 11am.
Even though they provide free WiFi, the service isn’t very great on the higher levels (was on the 4th floor from street level). Had to use my data most of the time. Bedding could have been better quality, but was bearable.
Also the security guard was too strict, wanted to invite a friend for a couple drinks, however wasn’t permitted to enter the property.

for Portuguese people using a money app to pay is a main issue so careful with mbway they will do a big deal out of this

great amount of space and storage, comes with all the necessary and useful items such as a mop and broom, kettle and microwave etc
would have been better if the pool was a little closer! the kettle did not always work well and kept turning off the electrics! also security wouldn’t let us bring friends in :(

24/7 open. Got there 01.00, got the keys straight away. Maids come and takes your trash, and gives you towels.

For San Antoni the location is great, the staff was also really nice.
They have private parking but it's a 6min walk from the building.
The wifi service was horrible, you can connect on the entrance floor but in our room it never worked despite they saying it would. The same for the TV, it had no service.
The towels were falling apart, despite them changing every couple of days.

Location was perfect.
Access to the pool was very good.
Most facilities were on hand.
The shower could've been cleaner.
Security were a little too strict as we were not permitted to invite a friend up for a drink.

You could see the beach from the balcony. Great location great price. Room was a good size kitchen had all needs such as plates kettle cutlery etc.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to make my stay the best ever.
The rain, lol.
Nothing wrong with hotel at all though.
