Breakfast was included - buffet style. Very nice and a good selection of eggs (scrambled or boiled), meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, fruit, pastries, drinks (orange juice, pineapple juice, and coffee). The hotel itself was beautiful and very quiet. There were only a couple other people staying there and the parking lot is huge so there is plenty of parking spaces available. We loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the view of the mountains. We also loved that the hotel had flowers everywhere - very beautiful!

The location was not ideal for us. We didnt realize how difficult it would be to drive in this remote area. The roads in the mountains are only big enough for one car. It was extremely scary and stressful driving on the roads in our rental car as we did not want to scratch the car on another car, tree or rock.. We wanted to see some nearby towns like Deia and Soller, but we didnt realize it would take about 1 hour to drive there due to the roads in this region. There are also no good nearby restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel every night which can be quite expensive (approx. 35 EUR per person not including drinks). If you want to eat at another restaurant, you would need to drive to another town (about 40 mins to 1 hour drive), hope that you find a parking spot (which is very stressful and difficult due to the number of tourists and lack of parking), and then drive back home on the scary mountain roads in the dark. There is no street lamps on these roads, so that is important to keep in mind. If you want a relaxing vacation and intend to stay at the hotel most of the time, this is a great choice! However, if you want to travel around the island or go to nearby towns then we would not recommend staying here.

Accueil charmant malgré une arrivée tardive sur retard d'avion. Vues dans les montages spectaculaires. Jardin, aménagement extérieurs et intérieurs soignés et magnifiques. Suite confortable, avec chambre au calme et au frais (à noter pas de fenêtre) par rapport au salon, mais tenir compte que le salon ne peut servir de chambre (plafond vitré sans store, p.ex.). Demi-pension très intéressante: petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié, menu du soir différent à chaque et (très!) bien servi. Personnel aux petits soins. Deux piscines, une à l'extérieur (fraîche mais baignable possible à 16h sous le beau soleil), et une à l'intérieur chauffée associé à une partie à faible fond (pour bains à bulles sinon pratique pour bébé!)

Prendre en compte que l'hôtel n'est pas sur les axes principaux, il faut 12 minutes pour atteindre l'autoroute Ma-13 qui se rajoutent à tous les trajets (c'est la contre partie d'être dans un lieu extrêmement paisible!)

The location is spectacular. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Serene and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was great.

Limited pool and spa hours and lots of useless rules I didn't expect in this level of hotel, like towel cards with a fee if not returned. It's a pity the interior decor is such a random mix and often tacky, not remaining authentic to the style of the original structure.

The location in the mountains between two escarpments is just stunning. The views are amazing and it it’s very quiet and peaceful.
