Excellent location. Accessible to town for walking and nearby sites. Walking distance to all restaurants. Comfortable bed. Great pool area with great Sangria

Living area couch needs updating but it was ok. No pool towels provided, had to use bath towels. Overseas traveller has no room to pack pool towels.

Terras alleen met late middagzon. Probleem met grote lekkage in 1e appartement waarbij het plafond met geweld naar beneden viel, ik was gelukkig net uit de keuken. Receptie pas dag later bereikbaar en kwam met een ander appartement. Volledig verkassen was ook niet erg plezierig.

Grounds of property were so well kept with lovely gardens. Good vibes of safety and security from the all.complex. To have 2 bathrooms for a family of 4 was really handy. The all flat was so clean on arrival.To be so close to Carefour & Mercadona supermarkets is a blessing, especially if you don't have a car. The receptionist was really nice and helpful.

Slightly to far to walk into the town centre/busy part of the town..a good 35 mins walk to get to the balcon of Europa, for example. No enough hangers in the wardrobe. TV remote was not working due to corroded batteries.

Thieves came into the apartment and stole our money while we were sleeping due to broken lock on the patio door. Hotel manager was not willing to compensate us in any way, even though the door was not safe. During the stay clothes also disappeared from our friends patio. The gates to the residence area are not locked which makes it easy for anyone to enter. Overall it´s an ok residence and location, but these events destroyed the experience.

Wonderful stay at Las Rosas! Location is perfect with everything you need very close by. There is about a 20 min walk in to town but it isn’t too bad, maybe consider taxi on the way back up the hill. Bar staff at the pool bar were amazing! Totally made our holiday thanks so much guys

Gorgeous resort, helpful staff, snack bar and guys running it were super nice, pool great. Excellent strong wi-fi.

Spacious apartment with air conditioning and a good sized terrace. Bed fairly comfortable and shutters ensured a good nights sleep. On the 'quiet' side of the complex. We were very near the pool and the gardens were well kept. We liked the on site bar/ cafe and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Really convenient location and free parking - right next to two supermarkets and an easy walk into Nerja and the beach. With a few small improvements and regular updating of furnishings/ equipment this would be an outstanding apartment in a very convenient location.

Apartment was adequately furnished and equipped but could have been better/ upgraded. In terms of the kitchen, a travel kettle was supplied rather than full size. A number of things on the inventory were missing, although as we were only 2 people it wasn't a problem and staff offered to provide anything else we needed. A dirty sponge and a small amount of washing up liquid were provided as the 'washing kit'. We bought our own. Whilst the apartment had been cleaned, small flies were present and kept emerging during our stay - not sure if it had been empty for a while? The shower screen wasn't well designed - water ran along to the end and onto the floor - we had to mop it most days. Patio furniture cheap and in fairly poor condition- one chair broken, parasol rusty and very small.

Lovely big apartment, air conditioning and wi fi. Rafael was really responsive before we arrived. Maria in reception was v friendly and Carlos also. Getting a what's app as to where to collect the keys was great as reception was closed when we arrived. Lovely apartments, spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if coming back to Nerja.

All really good, a mirror in the bedrooms would have been handy. A few more sun loungers in Las Rosas II.
