Right on the river. Has a restaurant on site. We had a room with a view and balcony on the river. I travelled with my Mum and we shared a double bed but it was big and we both had our own duvets. 5 minute walk to supermarket and train station. Try the wine flight at the hotel. Staff very pleasant and a lift available.
Nothing. If you enter the proposed con the side the approx 10 steps are easier than the front. (See photo I have added with a picture of the side door)

We had a lovely large family room, with a town view. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom, a balcony, armchairs for relaxing. There was a useful anteroom with a fine antique wardrobe. We were very happy with the room. Breakfast was excellent, as were the evening meals that we enjoyed each day, accompanied by superb wines. Staff were all efficient and friendly.
No downside at all.

A great hotel on the promenade next to the Rhine. The room was very comfortable with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the Rhine. The restaurant was also very good with great food, wine and excellent service.
You can buy wine at discounted rates for you to drink in your room, rather than pay the restaurant price.
Only one niggle, the shower was only small.
