Accoglienza, abbiamo fatto check in molto tardi. Pulizia e posizione (quartiere tranquillo e 15 min da stazione di Cruz del sur)

The staff were excellent and the bed very comfortable. Love the hot water in the bathroom. Excellent help getting my bags in and out while having my arm in a sling and carrying extra baggage. The location is excellent for restaurants and other services and the neighborhood is safe.
I felt that the room was a bit smaller than I wanted it to be. This is because the last time I spent there I was in a suite for nearly the same price. I prefer the upper rooms but I also had an injusry and a lot of bags so overall it was a good choice putting me on the first floor.

Breakfast was decent and location was good to get a early bus to Cruz del Sur.
Shower did not function properly and the hotel is expensive fot what you get
