Good location

Room was dated and only a shower. Small with a small balcony. Breakfast was ok not great selection but enough. Only a few beds around the pool and no free beds on the beach a part of the hotel so you have to pay a daily fee

Great location in walking distance to Scorpios and Santana

We booked a Seaview room with a double sink, upon checking in the staff brought us to our room which had a hose for a shower. Confused, I pulled up my reservation which showed different pictures. The front desk said there was nothing they could do since the room i booked was non refundable. The room itself literally had space for a king bed and we couldn’t fit the suitcases. We stayed the night in the room given it was 1 am and went down the next day to address the situation. The “manager” said she would give me a credit to eat at the restaurant instead of moving us because they were sold out. After arguing for over and hour and getting no where I again refused called booking.com and told them I was checking out as it was not the room i booked. Magically the room i booked appeared and they moved us. The room we were moved to was very nice which was what we originally paid for. The pictures attached here are our original room
