Very spacious room, both evening meals & breakfast - the choice & quality very good, all staff very helpful & curtious.
Laura in the spa in my opinion gave excellent customer service & helpful advice.
bathroom ok - would have been better with a walk in shower - our preference only

Location was good for travel needs. I didn’t get time to use the spa, but will next time. The room was spacious and bed comfortable, with tea/coffee & biscuits complimentary. Staff were polite and helpful. Restaurant was very good, really enjoyed the food. There was an abundance of choice in the morning for breakfast too.
My room smelt of smoke, in fact, i had to put my clothes in the wash when i returned home as they smelt funky!
The room desperately needed airing,i had to open the small windows, to cope with the smell.
