Very clean. Great spa facilities. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff
The location was a bit out of the way for us, however they had an excellent shuttle service that brought us into town and the train station.

Great staff
Loved the facilities - spa, game room, laundry and the complimentary shuttle to the train station and other locations was super helpful
Both restaurants were awesome with good food, value and service - also allowing you to order food from both menus in the same restaurant was great
Perfect location on the Suvretta hillside with amazing views and a 5 minute walk to the nearest ski lift
Room didn't have an A/C and could get stuffy at night

It was quiet.
Hill climb to the room. No assistance from staff. Carrying bags up the hill. No lift to room.

The property is clean and has good quality.
I made a non-refundable booking thinking the hotel was within walking distance of St. Moritz, which was my mistake. However, when I asked to cancel the next morning due to the distance, the management was not helpful.
The hotel is listed as ski-in/ski-out, but it requires quite a long walk to reach the ski railway. The room was also very small, and although the hotel didn’t seem full, my request to change rooms was not accommodated.
Overall, the management felt quite rigid. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the hotel is cozy.
