Location, near town centre and Place Jean Jaurès district. Breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful.
Check -in arrangements quirky, especially arriving Sunday. Keys and entry arrangements old-fashioned. Parking not as easy as implied

Upon arrival, the welcome was very nice and the host very thoughtful. Finding free parking was easy, just a few minutes' walk away. The location isn't very central but it's quiet so that worked well.
It was very hot and no AC, but there was a fan.

Friendly staff, a small but acceptable breakfast, the room was a good size and the shower worked well
We chose based on Parking being advertised, but this was minimal paid on road parking that could not be used for more than a few hours per day - we did not use it, instead had to use a public car park 10 minutes away. The weather was getting cold, the room had no heating and we needed to work in the day there, which was not possible.
