The food in the restaurant was fantastic. The atmosphere of the hotel and gardens was regal.

The Internet service was free but slow

Food was excellent, choice of decor was beautiful and the room was furnished very nicely.

Staff were good, but always, more trained in serving customers, especially at the table would be an asset. Cat in the dining room was not correct. In the morning, the lady serving breakfast was really polite and friendly, good at her job.

Gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant am Abend. Das Zimmer war sauber und eingerichtet mit genug Stauraum. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert.

Bialy Dwor is a very nice building located in a green and romantic environment. We liked the interior of the building and the lovely cat which came visiting us. The quality of the dinner we ordered was very good. We really liked the tasteful furnishing of the dining room.

Even if there is a terrace with a fantastic view and bright sunlight, the breakfast was served in the dark basement of the building besides a loud kitchen. Furthermore the quality of the breakfast does not fit the standard of the hotel. There was lack of choice and cheap ingredients. We were not satisfied with the service of the hotel. In the restaurant we had to search for the waiters, which were not really helpful choosing a dinner or recommend a wine. Nobody was available during check out. Maybe because they were in preparation for a huge celebration, they might have forgot about their other guests..
