Room was spacious, enough for 2 people with separated bath and and toilet. Tap water has a better quality and taste than water from plastic bottles! Breakfast has a pretty good variety of food and coffee. Bar in the lobby is very convenient for guests who doesn't want to go to any other places at the evening and enjoy a fire place. Swimming pool is a nice addition if you'd like to use it.
Free sauna would be very helpful after skiing for relaxation. And it is almost not available because you need to make a reservation, and wait can be more than 2 days. Also, you need to pay 15 Euros per person for 1 hour!!!

room was nice and comfortable with a nice balcony and view of the resort. Breakfast has ba nice large assortment of foods. One the staff members, Alexandre was very helpful with everything. We wished all other staff members would have been as nice and helpful as him.
The staff didn't inform us about the free shuttle that was very close to the hotel, but instead, they (2 staff members) told us we had to exit the locker room onto a street and walk to the lifts. We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel since our morning very long and extenuating walk wasn't anything we wanted to experience again...
Sitting in the bar area for about 20 minutes or so, we still hadn't been waited on and had to walk to the bar and ask the bar tender if he could wait on us and he seemed annoyed and took another 10 minutes to serve 2 hot chocolates and one tea....

Needs a real restaurant. Most alternative restaurants had been fully booked before or at our arrival time.

I would like to compliment the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very clean, the bed was comfortable, we loved the balcony. We used the pool after skiing every evening and it was great. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food to choose from.
Although there were a number of restaurants close to the hotel, it was difficult to get a table if we didn't book in advance which we were not aware of. We were there in the first week of January (just after New Year) so I am not sure if this is an issue throughout the season or whether it was just a busy period.

Great view and room was great. Close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Breakfast was good and convenient. Staff were amazing.

The sweeminng pool could have been a bit warmer.

The rooms are clean and nice overall. Right in the center of the village. Very convenient.
No one could help my pregnant wife with the luggage. No porter - no one. They ended up taking it together with the lady from the reception - while the males at the bar and attending doors said it's not their responsibility.
So not nearly a 4* experience.
Hotel tried to overcharge 30 euros at the end of stay.
