Very clean and tidy. Well situated close to the airport for a late night arrival. The management were very accommodating of our late arrival and were there to greet us.
There are no negatives. This is not a 5 star hotel so provided you don't expect that you will have a very pleasant stay.

The location in a really peaceful neighborhood with a pleasant park and nothing of the horrendous crowds in and around Venice. Buses are less than one block away and take you to the center of Venice or to MarcoPolo airport in 20 minutes. Inexpensive and convenient!
It is a very simple place with basic amenities but well taken care of , comfortable beds and good air conditioning in bedrooms but not in public spaces.

Excellent wi-fi, nice staff at the reception, small but very clean room with comfortable bed, large TV. Lift available in the building, air conditioning working well, good location ( with several bus lines, places to eat nearby) and quiet neighbourhood.
No complaints whatsoever.
