Douche trop petite et manque de rangement

Het feit dat je digitaal kunt inchecken als je gereserveerd hebt. Je krijgt een pasje voor je kamer. Het ontbijtbuffet was prima. Veel keuze voor een prijs van eur 11,00

Was wel een kleine kamer, maar het bed lag goed

There was a distinct lack of staff at the property, although a sign said that the reception was open 6pm till 9pm , this did not in fact happen. Check in was an automated system that seemed to work pretty well it was not the same as the human touch. The one and only member of staff arrived in the morning and was receptionist, waiting staff, cleaner, and everything else. I found her very pleasant but did not speak much English, that said , I do not speak much French, thank god for Google Translate! The location is not the most picturesque, right opposite a large Distribution Centre but despite the odd lorry at night is quiet enough. The Hotel has a bar, restaurant and lounge all available to be used but because of a lack of staff, none of these facilities are actually open, There is however a sister business 1 Mile down the road which is basically a lorry Drivers overnight stopover, that said the food is good and reasonable, it's just the fact that most of the clientele are obviously single men which is not something to be wary of, we found them all very polite and respectful. It is not exclusively lorry drivers, there are what I guess are locals that also use the establishment as it is not exclusive, overall, its not what we expected but were not disappointed with the food or service. To sum up, the hotel was clean, the room slightly small but comfortable, the bathroom could do with a bit of modernisation, they did not charge anything extra for our small dog, the staff were pleasant when they were there. We found it an experience, not bad but not great either and happy with what we paid.
