Holiday Inn Express & Suites Auburn Downtown is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff are amazing. I had such a great experience there that I honestly don’t think I’d want to stay anywhere else next time. 😊 I definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites Auburn Downtown if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay.

Breakfast was good. The staff were really friendly. Everyone there seemed to enjoy their stay, which also made it feel like the whole place was being taken care of.
The pool was small. Not necessarily bad, just if there were a lot of kids there, you couldn't have a good time. So that's a case-by-case basis, your experience may vary.

It was clean. Although there were no Q-tips or any other basic materials needed around the sink in the bathroom rather than soap and lotion.
There was no coffee machine in the room, and there were no bottles of water in the refrigerator. When we booked the room, it showed two beds, but we got one king-size bed. The staff should be kinder and friendlier with customers and show that they try to help.
