Rooms are spacious and decent.
There is no kitchen. For anything you need, you have to step outside. Staff are not that responsive, least bothered.

The staff that welcomed us when we reached us at night( around 8pm) were very unprofessional and not at all helpful. There was no one to help us guide the car into parking even after I requested for it. And for anyone who is looking for basement /covered parking, there are only few slots and you must check in early to get them. There is no staff either to help us get the luggage in or open the room either. Its almost like you are left on your own. Also, they are very particular about complimentary supplies in the room even if you have made the booking for more people. The lady staff who were there the next day morning seemed more approachable and helpful though.
