I like the fact that it is easily accessible by bus or taxi, and it seems like there will be a new train station coming up nearby, so that's another bonus point for this place. There are also so many shops and restaurants available within a walking distance. The major reason I choose Madison is because it is only 20 minutes walk to Rajamangala Stadium. So, this is one of the perfect choice for concert goers if the concert is held at Rajamangala Stadium.

I think it was an abandoned business place for a while that was transformed into a hotel, so I guess there might be some technical issues left by the previous management, because the lifts seemed a bit broken on our second day there. But I think this would not be an issue in the future because the hotel's technician team handled and settled the problem quickly.

Far away from 5 star. Max 2-3 stars. They told me they have upgraded our room. I thought they say same to all guests. No windows in rooms. Naked simple poor room conditions. Breakfast is only for Chinese style. Almost nothing for foreigners Cards dont work. You MUST change room cards everyday (i dont understand why) They only accept CASH DEPOSIT No aircon runs around public areas. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had

If you have an event in Rajamangala Stadium it is a good choice, if not no reason to stay there

They put me in a room close to the main street, noice of crazy cars etc as if they are in your room, so demand a room as far away as possible

Room keys would randomly stop working but we're quickly resolved by staff. Some rooms have no windows and get unbearably hot without an Aircon on

I checked in the hotel almost 10 PM. I had to walk in the long way to the reception counter 3 times due to they gave me the wrong key room and when I opened the room there was an open luggage and the room has been taken by other guest. The staff did not regret and apologize for the negligence that occurred and can even joke with co-workers. Floor in my room is dirty and I can feel lots of dust in the room. When I turn back one of the pillow there is a small cockroach. The location of the hotel is not as close as I thought to Rajamangala Stadium.

For the concert we were going to it was a good location

The hotel and room had a very bad smell throughout. The room itself did not have a window; which was a safety hazard but also opened into a dark wall. The beds were lumpy and very very uncomfortable. It smelled bad and we left without staying the night.

It’s spacious and has minimalistic design

First of the parking area ceiling height is way too low. My friends compact SUV car antenna hit the ceiling so many times. Second, there was loud noise at the top of the elevator when we where going up. Third, the floor under the side tables, bed, sofa and anything that is not usually exposed are dusty and very dirty. Fourth, the shower tiles are now scrub properly. You can tell from the yellow stains from the grout. Fifth, there was only a wall view from the room. Sixth, most importantly, the thermostat is set at 26C!!! In the middle of March summer in Thailand. Even if I set the temperature lower is still go up to 26C. Me and my friend couldn’t get a good night sleep at all as it was so hot in the room!
