Overall, good place. Nice clean bathroom. Good washer and dryer. Comfortable bed.
We read the reviews so we were ready for the noise from the bar below. It didn't bother us but if you're a light sleeper, be aware.

No breakfast was provided. Good location and central to many of surrounding sites.
I am grateful that we were there from the beginning of the week to mid-week. The stay is directly above a bar that is open Friday-Sunday. If you're planning on being there during that time period, I would not recommend this location. The bed mattress needs to be replaced as there is an obvious valley in the center of the mattress. The sofa in the TV area needs to be replaced as the cushions are very worn. Otherwise, the place is just adequate.
