Neat and tidy, lovely clean linen, shampoo & soap...
No tea bags, old bed, soiled carpet...cosmetic that's all.
8 / 10Eccellente·mag 2026
Was a good general property, quiet, clean comfortable and cheap
Was moved from the property to another (Aspire Newcastle) it was on the conformation text but I automatically went to the property i knew I’d booked and the code would not work, until I rang for help, then checked and realised it was another location a short distance away. In all honesty it was less central to my needs, but i am probably happier with the alternative location it was quiet, clean and suited my needs equally if not better

Location fine, property needs some urgent maintenance
Sliding Shower door broken, sound on TV is non existent, bathroom door damaged with water & a hole, toilet moves, window blind is torn, carpet stained from water leaking from shower due to door damage, at some stage both the entry door to the unit & door to the bathroom have been replaced but neither have been painted, air conditioner doesn’t work successfully
