This property was comfortable, private, and spacious. I felt safe, the hot tub was great, and having a washer and dryer was awesome. Great view as well. Kind, responsive staff. Location is perfect and I’ll definitely be back!

Condo was very clean, comfortable. Condo was not very convenient on foot to get to lifts or into town. Everything was a significant walk. The sidewalks along the access road were abysmal and all ice so I found them actually dangerous. Need more attention to clearing the sidewalks.

As above. Constantly worried about falling on the icy sidewalks and not having a car and needing to walk for everything, this was an issue.

Loved being able to park in the garage & have an elevator to bring our stuff upstairs! Very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

Would have liked a later checkout. 10am is very early for us. There was a dog next door that barked a few times but not too bad.

Toilet not working, windows screens all bent, so not good to open windows and needed to open windows due to no AC. Customer service with Vacasa was horrible. When inquiring about toilet on day 2, was asked how many times I need to use the toilet. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Asked to be moved to a different unit, was told that only happens during a natural disaster. Asked for a credit/refund...was told probably not, but would send a request and then get back with me. That was Monday the 21st. We checked out Friday the 25th. Still have not heard from them. Very unhappy. First time using booking.com. Lisa Howard

Lighting. The light fixture over kitchen table!,doesn’t work. In bedroom two lamps one light of four worked ceiling 1of two worked. Door on wash area off track fell on wife’s shoulder . Manager looked at agreed Trimming of trees at about 8 AM Wood chipper at same time ! Town house needed exterminator , Owner should go by occasionally. I feel he has know knowledge what’s going on !
