Hotel Grand

The hotel was in the centre of town so a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, and confortable. A lovely breakfast. You csn park there for a small fee

Nothing.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a very short walk from the centre.

N/A

I only stayed one night. The staff were extremely helpful – going out of their way to help me connect the next day so as to call a taxi for my airport trip (the WiFi was very unstable). They also gladly kept my suitcase for me while I went to do a lecture on the morning of my departure. The hotel is comfortable and well run. Two small things would make a very big difference if improved: The WiFi should be stable and fast – I found my early-morning meeting from my room very difficult. I suspect many people use The Grand for work. And it seems strange that there is not a proper shower in that very large and generous bathroom. But I will certainly be back.

I liked it

The property has a great location. Everything is accessible and gardens are very near. It is the preferred location for the parents whose children are in the Charles University Faculty of Medicine.

There should be USB charger in the room. The internet speed can be further improved. The service like Bell Boy to carry the luggage in the room will be helpful.
