Nice studio flat in excellent location. Shop across the road - particularly liked that there was basic things to use, ie washing up liquid/tea towels etc
The host and cleaner were brilliant. I confused my dates and they were sympathetic and I left some belongings which they returned to me
I was staying there as my student son had surgery and it was perfect ( sofa bed was comfortable enough for me)
I walked into the city, the quay and up to Uni campus
You should just be aware that you get a parking permit during your stay but I had difficulty finding a space, and twice I had to use a public car park 15 minutes away. The whole area is like this

Its location. No stairs into property other than by the gate. Close to Exeter City FC’s ground. Plenty of facilities
Nothing.

Nicely furnished and a short walk into town for dining. Handy having the market across the street.

Good location with supermarket across the road. No problem with the on street parking.
The apartment was not cleaned properly. We found wet sheets still in the washing machine and used face mask behind the door, so no vacuuming or mopping happened between occupants. As there is no dishwasher we found dishes in the cupboards hadn’t been cleaned and obvious not checked before our arrival. The floor and services were sticky. Kitchen had a abundance of glasses but actual oven dishes were rusty and sparse. Walls were plastered with rules but nothing helpful like the front door needs the handle to be up right so u can lock or instructions on the TV
