we’ve an upgrade and we stayed at secret mama. it’s an apartment really in the center of Colmar.
you can park your car in the park de la montagne verte o Saint Jose , in both ways they are 3 minutes far away.
nothing that the hotel can improve.

Location
The apt building is a bit noisy, lots a slamming doors and echoing. The bedding could be newer and nicer. The shower backed up due to a huge clump of hair in the drain. The bathroom also does not have a fan and it gets very wet and drippy.

This is a lovely apartment with everything you may need for the stay (some items stored in cupboard like bathroom items), very clever use of space, perfect for our family of 4. I would definitely book it again.
It was very warm in the apartment as our stay was in July, but there was a fan available.

Really nice modern apartment. Bathroom is beautifully renovated. Everything was very clean. Perfect location: close to everything. Old town is just around the corner.
A little noise from the street, but not more than one usually can expect downtown Friday night.

The location is fantastic. Just a few meters to the Center of the old town.
It was so hot and no AC or fan. The air inside was standing still.

It is super close to everything and in the way of the tourist walking route. The parking is a public parking, not free, but really affordable and comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. The place has a romantic feeling, I would recommend for couples. The breakfast was great too.
The place is small but comfortable, the bed is a sofa bed so if you leave it extended you loose the living room. However the kitchen and table are still usable.

We had a great stay in Colmar. The apartment is located in the center and is close to all attractions and to many shops and restaurants. Philip is very kind. Thank you!

Location was perfect. Breakfast baguette was very good.
Parking was listed as included - it was really just parking on the street. I felt this was misleading. In the end, it was fine but when parking is listed as included, I expect it to be bespoke parking.
