Hotel Horidome Villa

Nice staff. Enjoyed the neighborhood. Just a few blocks from subway stations, and not far from Tokyo Station. Free coffee. Clean room. We stayed there on three occasions. On one of those they gave us an early check-in and a room upgrade, which we really appreciated!

Room is small and rather plain, but that's what we expected and it was fine for the price.

The hotel was in a very good location. It was close to two metro stations, so we had no trouble with transportation. The room had its own toilet and bathroom. A washing machine was available for 300 yen. It was one of the best hotels in terms of price, performance, and location. The room was cleaned every day, and we were very satisfied. The reception staff were very helpful. They were also very helpful in sending our luggage to another city. I hope we can come back to Japan and stay here again.

nothing

location was between several train stations; near several conbinis; room was clean; room was exactly as pictured

bed was very, very firm and a bit noisy

They held our luggages for us at no additional cost.

The airconditioning unit at Room 817 was SO loud that it was hard for us to fall asleep. Also, it reeks of cigarettes.
