Staff were excellent, room was clean and bed comfortable. Snacks in the reception area were reasonably priced. Hotel was within easy walking distance of Walking Street.
In general, the bathroom needs refurbishment.
Toilet bowl didn’t always empty after flushing.
A special note to senior visitors, the shower is over the bath, with no curtain to contain the water within. There is quite a height difference between the base of the bath and the floor.
On alighting you have to compensate for, the height difference and that you are now stepping onto a slippery floor.
