Hotel Iro

The hotel is excellent, and I honestly have no complaints when it comes to the room, the food, or my overall stay. Everything was just as it should be. I would especially like to praise the hotel staff. They were always in a good mood, smiling, friendly, and ready to answer any questions or help with anything I needed. However, my biggest compliment goes to the bartender, Luigi. During my stay, I had the chance to talk with him quite a lot, and it doesn't take long to see what kind of person he is. Honest, kind, hardworking, and always in a good mood. You can tell that he cares about doing his job properly, keeping his integrity, and making sure the guests are happy. One thing that especially stayed with me was the way he spoke about his hands — hardworking, honest hands that he is proud of. We also talked about family, and it was immediately clear how much he loves his wife and children. They come first in his life, and you can see that everything he does and works for is for them. People like that are not easily forgotten when your holiday is over and you return home. Bravo, Luigi! Stay exactly the person you are. You have my respect. I wish you and your family lots of happiness, health, and all the best. Until we meet again! 👋 Hotel Iro has my highest praise and recommendation.

Ottima scoperta!

The hotel is old and dated No facilities apart from a swimming pool With old decrypted sunbrds No reception staff Booking . Com made no effort to help us when contacted Just simply ignored our messages Hotel Sergio’s staff however where very helpful in ensuring we got the facilities for our needs The photos on booking . Com bear no resemblance to the hotel Maybe 10 years ago but not now

Hotel Sergio’s where you have drinks meals and use of the pools and bars is exceptional Friendly staff and very helpful
