The beds were very comfortable, the spa and wellness centre had great valued massages.
The cleanliness could be updated, the carpet was very dirty.

Our bed was really comfortable and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were always welcomed with smiles
The room needs some TLC: ripped curtains, filthy carpet, no safe (as was advertised), and not enough soap, etc. As for the hotel, there is no pool on site as I was led to believe.

the location and environment good.
The towel always not in the room.
