Although a bit on the small side, the room had everything you need, clean, freshly stocked tea and coffee etc. staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was just approx 8 mins out of the town, but buses ran every hour into the centre. Train station also close, but don’t run as frequently as buses.
The trains were very close to property, though having said that, they were not really intrusive. They didn’t wake us up at night.

Wonderful greeting upon arrival and throughout our stay all staff were fantastic -- stayed for IMW and host went above and beyond by doing an early morning breakfast and transported us to town.

Close to Tenby town and beach.
Very noisy at night, active train track one side and a busy road the other side. Also the other guests were very noisy in and out of their rooms, as there was no handle on the outside of the room door you had to let it slam shut.
