We chose this hotel because of location to a concert we were attending. It was only about 1/2 mile away and it was so easy to walk to from Ca Riza. Our room was very comfortable and my husband loved the bed-- said it was the best we have had in Italy so far. We slept with the windows open as it was a cool, autumn evening and it was still so very quiet. Breakfast was served with a menu and that was a great touch. Loved their message of the day that moring as well.
Nothing-- it was great

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and on the smaller side but adequate for two spending time site seeing. The location was excellent, an easy walk to public transit and a pleasant walk to major sites. The breakfast was simple and sufficient.
The bed and pillows were ok, not great. The cooling system was barely adequate. If it was any hotter (and it was only about 83F) it would have been a real issue. The shower was small and did not drain adequately.

Everything! Close proximity to the train station, comfortable, clean place, great directions, and the breakfast was an actual order and fresh local ingredients cooked for you.
Nothing.

Beautiful in every way! Staff so friendly. Breakfast was delicious too.
Perhaps fluffier pillows
