L'emplacement de l'hôtel prêt du lac du vallon

La chambre était sale ( murs tacher, toile d'araignée dans les coins de mur, tache sur oreiller....) papier peint qui se décolle de partout .. personnelle très désagréable au téléphone.. tasses du petit déjeuner dégueulasse.. chambre très petite.. n'est pas digne du tout d'un deux étoiles...

Le parking

Le personnel était peu souriant et peu aimable. L' accueil était froid, on avait l'impression de déranger le personnel en arrivant. La chambre sentait le renfermé et l'humidité. De la moisissure recouvrait le plafond de la salle de bain et la douche. Notre lavabo était bouché. Aucun confort. Par ailleurs nous avions froid la nuit malgré une couverture supplémentaire fournie sur notre demande.

Les repas sont simple bien présentés et gouteux.

Superb location, by the lake in the park. The staff were very obliging.

We weren't aware that the hotel was closed until 5.30pm, so we had to wait around. The corridor to our room was very dingy - insufficient lights, and very dull wall colouring. Similarly, our room, rather dour.

The lady at the reception was very helpful. Somehow booking forgot to intimate them that we would also have a child with us. She took it in her stride and made ready an extra bed in a jiffy. she was also nice enough to offer us an air conditioned room because it was literally burning outside. The location of the hotel is excellent… right by the lake (hence the name) with many restaurants in the neighborhood. Perfect for the casual traveler.

The room was kinda noisy. We could hear every door closing and opening. But I guess that’s more to do with the other guests banging the doors shut totally inconsiderate of the people in the other rooms.
