Top. Perfect stay in Den Helder. Near to the railway station. Although situated in the city center it was calm and peaceful. The staff was great and totally helpful. Very clean and looks like a boho home. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Location and great breakfast
2 lifts to get into the room and a clear distinction between the renovated floor (very new) and rest of the hotel (older). Still a good deal for the investment.

Really close to train station.
Stairs.
Lift gets closed before midnight.
If leaving early then have to lug your baggage down, if on a top floor it's quite a struggle at my age.
Internet not the best, quite slow.
Water pressure on upper floors pretty weak.
All aforementioned pretty common in Netherlands hotels in my experience.
