Clean, cost, quiet, comfy bed, easy access on ground floor
None at all. Just very happy with it in general

The room was spacious, well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view to the garden and swimming pool. I was given a ground floor room as requested, and free parking. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated and was very pleasant. Room 12 has a spa bath with an over-bath shower, however it was easy to get in and out of the shower with the handrail. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. TV, air-con and electric jug all worked perfectly. A continental self-serve breakfast is provided in the kitchenette. I personally prefer wholemeal or multigrain bread to white, but I can easily bring some next time. If leaving before staff hours, there is a key drop box. The location is perfect for me with an adjacent pub that does very good eat-in and takeaway meals.
