The hotel itself was lovely. The breakfast was great, the staff attentive in the most. The food was very good but it could do with also offering a simple Greek salad and some plainer dishes and snacks. Prices were very reasonable.
Always a sun bed available. Not noisy but not quiet.
It was a little remote for my liking. I would like to see the staff by the pool approach guests to see if they would like anything ie a drink rather than having to seek someone out.

From the architecture, the views, the breakfast, the staff, and the facilities, Thalassa exceeded my expectations in every way.
Gym was a bit underequipped.

The beautiful surroundings and quiet location
The outside furniture is looking tired and a bit worn

Beautiful rooms and pool area. Lovely restaurant and a couple of good entertainment evenings. Close to Argostoli and beaches. Apart from what we felt was an unacceptable response to an issue we experienced, all the staff were outstanding.
Sadly we had an infestation of cockroaches in our shower and had to spend the night in this room as the hotel was full. We had to insist on a room change the following day (having already been moved once before as when we checked in there was apparently a maintenance issue with the room we had booked).
