Great fireplace. Good view from outside. Pretty garden. Wild outlook. Peaceful.

Booking at a high price was accepted during winter season but on arrival we saw that there was no restaurant as advertised here, and were unapologetically informed that there were no tavernas open within 15km of rugged country and one supermarket more locally which we found closed as often as not. We were not told this at time of booking. Wifi is advertised here as operative all over property but only works within 3sq m of longe area. En suite shower heads cannot be attached to walls so only hand held shower possible with water splashing all over floor and heaters. Downstairs shower located in laundry and sauna room is accompanied by a disgusting stench from possibly a drain. Beds and lounge are beautiful to look at but very hard and uncomfortable. Also a pest problem with millepedes crawling over us while we slept! Elsewhere in Crete hosts have been kind and helpful and for far less money.

The place was amazing and the owner gave us full attention for any needs we asked we were giving an answear also she made as some food and fruits home made that was so great and the place was amazing so beautiful and detailed we were so luck

We did not know that there are so many muskitos because its next to a farm so we needed to get pharmacy to buy some anti bite's products but that was all everything else was amazingg!!!

Perfect place for a family trip (7 people). Maria and Stella welcomed us with homemade cake and pie. The villa has a beautiful view, everything was clean, nice pool, the kitchen was well equipped and so on :)

Lovely location, with wonderful view and amazing sunsets. The villa was really well equipped and had a lovely pool. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. Very clean and lots of great restaurants a few minutes drive away. We had a lovely stay there and hope to go back one day. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at the Falasarna Villas! The hosts are really caring. From the warm welcome when we arrived late at night showing us around and providing good information (...and with the homemade pastry, and cold juice/water in the fridge!). Also making sure during the stay that everthing was fine. The villa is just great from every aspect, and suited our family of 5 perfect. Location is really good with very nice views from the villa and just a short drive from several great beaches. Also good restaurants close the the villa. We can especially recommend Motakis Restaurant in the village closest to the villa. It is a true gem and by far the best of all the restaurants we tried during our stay. We hope to return to the villa for a future vacation!

The house is beautiful, with great pool and outstanding view! We love everything. It's great location to approch the best beaches around- balos, flasarnna, elafonisi....in the house you feel that they thought about everything to make you feel comfortable, it's like you are at home with all facilities. Thank you so much!

Wi-fi is not very strong. But this is the only thing we would have change. But since we travel alot we didn't even contact the owner about it.
