Location, restaurant/cafe on site. Size of room was generous
1ply toilet paper.. fixtures in the bathroom were coming apart. No fixed bottled toiletries in the bathroom (except for 2 small shampoo and conditioner tubes and 2 toothbrushes with toothpaste)
The bed was extra large but the pillows and mattress were average (bed was soft and you sink into it)
Cobwebs in the corner near the front window

Good location
Access to the hotel is confusing. Better signage required. Under-staffed, check in and breakfast took ages. A door in the room would not close without hitting the air conditioner.
